Increase Our Voice

Despite the many challenges that the Latino community face, the greater Boston area has a strong core of Latino leaders who have come together organically, without pressure or influence from outside forces, to strengthen our collective voice, work collaboratively to share information and ideas, and develop innovative strategies that will address barriers to increased leadership in our Latino community created by structural racism. This network of leaders has significant, existing bonds and that we will seek to strengthen in order to work to address the challenges that our community faces.
